Google revealed Chrome for Android, providing the customization and speed of browser of search engine to mobile gadgets. The Chrome for Android will work only on certain gadgets, which run on Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich, including Samsung Galaxy Nexus, Motorola Xoom and Asus Transformer Prime. It is offered as free download in Android Market. Like desktop version, the Chrome for Android Beta is designed for simplicity and speed, but also gives flawless sync and sign-in, which means you can take customized web browsing experience with you wherever you go.
Google stated that Chrome for Android integrates plenty of latest HTML5 features support and is a solid platform to develop Web content on mobile device with strong HTML5 video support, overflow scroll support, hardware accelerated canvas and new abilities like Web Sockets, Indexed DB and WebWorkers, Mr. Arnaud Weber, a Chrome engineering manager stated. One thing, which Chrome for Android will not support is the Adobe Flash.
